The location here was so convenient and peaceful - we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. It's in a safe area close to lots of food spots and stores 🚶‍♂️🛍️.

24 hour coffee; breakfast bar was good but far from the best; breakfast bar attendant was excellent

Room was not made up one day of four; hallway smelled of smoke; doors slam and are very noisy; hotel could not provide a receipt upon departure; WiFi is free for Hilton honors members

This was a very positive stay for my business trip. The warm room was huge and the bathroom was clean. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. The check in was early, the staff was very pleasant and amazingly nice.

This place has a great location, just a short walk from the city center, and Ma Michele's Cafe is a nice spot nearby to enjoy tea and snacks.

Reservation

In general: Disconcerting confusion at check in; room not available. Service offer of room with double beds not even queen or possible facilities 30 minutes away. Strange no queen rooms at location as substitute. Finally located a king bed room after other reservation incorrectly entered night before. This Hampton is old and needs to be replaced or renovated. Very disappointed. I have usually throughly enjoyed my stay and Hampton has been my first choice over the years. I may need to revise my selection in the future. Service: Staff did the best they could. Dining: Enjoyed the egg and cheese biscuit. Room: Bathtub shower is old style. Basic building needs upgrade or new building should be built. Not worthy of Hampton brand.

I don't know what they wash the sheets with or spray on the beds but it was HEAVENLY!! It was such a relaxing scent! And it was so quiet,,, at least until the housekeepers started working the next morning. Not so quiet then :(

The young woman at the front desk was very personable. She helped me find a restaurant and supplied me with area maps, and she was very helpful making sure I had ice and cups, etc., and correct change for the vending area. Great room. We LOVED the bathroom...it was very spacious and set up nicely.

The staff here was really nice and went out of their way to help us out. The location is amazing, you really can't beat it! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the room was cozy and spacious. 😊

The staff here was always professional and excellent, the room was spacious, clean, and had feather pillows, and the additional amenities like a microwave and refrigerator were very convenient.

A good value for the money

Air was turned on high when we arrived at our room. It was very cold. Tried to warm it up a bit by turning on the heater. I had a terrible smell and could not be used. There was an extra blanket so we were fine. Did report it in the AM to the staff.
